One request is one clearly scoped deliverable: for example, a social post, a business email, a product description, or a short research summary. Large or multi-part projects may need to be split into separate requests. Scope will be confirmed before work begins.
How quickly will I receive my work?
Typically within 1 business day during beta. This is an expectation, not a guarantee. If the beta is overloaded or a request needs more time, we'll let you know through the official UNBOUND channel.
How do revisions work?
Each request includes one reasonable revision within the original brief. A different concept, new deliverable, or substantial change of direction counts as a new request.
When does my 7-day window start?
Your 7-day window starts when your paid beta service is activated—not when you submit this signup. You'll receive the activation and request instructions through the official UNBOUND channel.
Is this a fully automated AI platform?
Not yet. Founders Beta is an early AI-assisted business and productivity service. Requests are handled through a guided service workflow while the automated platform is being developed.
How is my information handled?
Your contact details and brief are used to administer the beta, deliver work, and send service updates. Relevant request content may be processed with AI providers. Avoid sharing passwords, payment information, confidential data, or sensitive personal details.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel and receive a refund before work begins. After work begins, refund eligibility is assessed based on the work completed and applicable law. No payment is taken during this signup.
Do I need to review AI-assisted work?
Yes. Review every output for accuracy, tone, suitability, and intellectual property considerations before use. Research and factual claims should be independently checked. This service does not replace qualified legal, medical, or financial advice.
How do I pay, and do I need to contact anyone?
